phpcom Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phpcom ("phpcom", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phpcom website at phpcom.one and all associated gaming services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the phpcom platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 below;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phpcom platform. phpcom reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To be eligible to use phpcom, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a resident of the Philippines and be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted;
• Not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of phpcom or any of its associated companies;
• Not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the phpcom platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gambling service;
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or placing wagers.

phpcom reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as a Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phpcom platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be terminated without notice. All balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering your phpcom account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and address;
• Keep your registration information updated at all times;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and not share access credentials with any third party;
• Notify phpcom immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

phpcom reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete information is provided. Account closures made in accordance with these Terms shall not entitle the Player to compensation except for the return of genuine, verified funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements.

phpcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC where available). The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100.

Deposit Terms:

• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day;
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• phpcom does not accept deposits made using credit cards or any other borrowed funds;
• Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the original payment source.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible;
• phpcom targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to three (3) business days for bank transfers;
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of address dated within ninety (90) days;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. phpcom reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected;
• phpcom does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All bets placed on the phpcom platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game or event, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface.

• A bet is binding once confirmed by the platform. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system;
• phpcom reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to system malfunctions, incorrect odds, or similar technical errors. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account;
• Maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. These are displayed in the game interface and may vary by game, table, and Player account tier;
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements set out in the promotion terms;
• phpcom operates certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are operated in real time and subject to the rules of the relevant live dealer studio.

Sports betting odds are set by phpcom's trading team and may be updated without notice prior to event commencement. Bets accepted before odds changes are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

phpcom offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as displayed at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's account as bonus funds, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real cash;
• Standard wagering requirements will be stated in each promotion's terms. Where no wagering requirement is specified, a default minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount applies;
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses expire within the time limit stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account;
• phpcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play with other Players — may have bonuses voided and accounts restricted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpcom platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during account use;
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or facilitating underage access;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or its games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an undue advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, collect multiple bonuses, or evade a previous account restriction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpcom staff or other Players through any communication channel.

phpcom is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Players' wellbeing seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phpcom account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the net amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a pre-set duration of play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your phpcom account and restrict yourself from re-registering.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. During self-exclusion, phpcom will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be shortened at the Player's request.

21+ The minimum age requirement is twenty-one (21) years. This is a non-negotiable requirement under Philippine gambling regulations.

All content on the phpcom platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and the overall design — is the property of phpcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any phpcom content without prior written consent;
• The phpcom brand name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited;
• Game content provided by third-party providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution) is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpcom shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the phpcom platform;
• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond phpcom's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the platform that contains typographical or technical errors;
• Unauthorized access to your phpcom account resulting from your failure to maintain password security;
• Financial loss arising from gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes.

phpcom's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpcom collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering a phpcom account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpcom may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

phpcom reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phpcom will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the website or sending a notification to the Player's registered mobile number. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the phpcom platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. Any outstanding balance not subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned to you upon account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phpcom platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phpcom operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR in accordance with the applicable regulatory procedures.
